🧾 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You raise a return request within 72 hours of delivery.

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewelry.

Items purchased with discount codes.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return :

Clear photos of the item (if damaged/defective/different)

2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

📍 Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

Other Locations: 5–7 business days.

(Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or courier issues)

🧾 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders of above Rs. 999 across India.

COD (Cash on Delivery) available on select pin codes with nominal charges.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS

You can track it in real-time with our delivery partners.

📬 Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you for reshipping (additional charges may apply).
